Interview

I had an interview today. My first one in 2 years! Man, it was stressful gearing up for it. I was mostly stressing about having to wear a suit! Living in sweats and t-shirts for the past 2yrs doesn't make for a great experience of suit shopping. I did find a nice one though and successfully pulled it off today. I *think* my interview went ok. I did forget to state a few things. I sent out a thank-you note today when I got home like all the good job searching books say to do. The position was for a head start family service worker with the ann arbor public school's preschool. Keep your fingers crossed! It would be a great experience for me.

It has been a LONG time since we posted. We are back in MI. Tim has a job but I'll let him post more about that later. We are trying to go up to Houghton Lake this weekend for some R&R. Not much going on here. I'm helping my mom out a bit with her real estate endeavor. I'm also trying to motivate myself to finish my thesis work. Ugh. Leaving the school environment doesn't make you very motivated to do school work.
